The Bible: We believe the Bible as
the written record of His supernatural revelation, absolute in its
authority for doctrine and practice. 2 Tim3:16, 2 Pet.1:20-21, Jn.10:35, Heb:3:12,13.
God: We believe that
there is One God who eternally exists in three persons – Father, Son
and Holy Spirit. – Deut:6:4., Is.9:6, Jn.1:1-3, Is.48:16, Acts 5:3-4.
Sin: We believe that
all men, beginning with Adam have rebelled, sinned against God and are
eternally marred by sin and its consequences. Mankind is incapable of
pleasing or having a living relationship with God without having a
Supernatural spiritual rebirth. Jn.3:7,18, Rom.2:4-6,11-15.
Salvation: We
believe that in order to be born again, one must respond to the Holy
Spirit’s conviction by repenting of and turning away from sin, by faith
receiving the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the Cross as
being sufficient basis for God’s forgiveness, and must surrender his or
her life to Christ. Rom.3:21,22, Lk.18:13, Eph.2:8,9, 14-18, 1Jn.5:9-13.
Holy Spirit: We
believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all believers and through the
filling and anointing of the Holy Spirit, believers are empowered to
live Christ – like life and service. Act.1:8, Eph.5:18, Gal.5:22,23,
1Cor:13
Church: We believe
that God intends for believers to unite together in local churches to
worship, observe ordinances of Baptism and Lord’s Supper, be
accountable to one another, be instructed in the faith by Pastors and
Elders, serve the spiritual and temporal needs of the community.
Mt.28:19,20, Heb.10:22-25, Eph.4:11,12
Family: We believe
that family is the primary institution God uses to promote social order
and structure and is to be respected, protected and strengthened by the
Church. Eph :5:22-25.
Life – Style: We
believe that believers are to be baptized, attend Church, pray, study
the Bible, give tithes and offerings and share their faith with those who do not know
the Lord. Act.2:42, Act.5:42, 1Cor.3:11-17
